For graduates who want to keep the mail moving, there’s our operations management programme. Here you’ll learn on the job in one of our mail centres or delivery offices nationwide and lead a team of between 15 and 100 people from day one.

Alternatively, you might want to join us in Central operations, Commercial, HR, Finance, Technology, Engineering or International.
Whether you join us on a Professional Programme or on our Operations Scheme, you’ll embark on a programme specially designed to give you the skills you’ll need to make a real impact on the business. Rotating through a number of placements, you’ll get to grips with the size of the challenges you’ll face and regular training will prepare you to take your place in this FTSE 100 organisation.

Locations for Royal Mail Graduate Schemes.

You’ll spend your induction at a central location, this will typically be London.

For your first placement, you’ll be based either in an office or an operational environment – a mail centre or delivery office for example. The exact location will depend on which programme you’ve applied for.

Royal Mail Graduate Scheme Requirements.

a BA (Hons), BSc (Hons) LLB, B Eng or BBA.

Stage one: The online application.
Stage two: Online tests & online assessment.
Stage three: Assessment centre.
You’ll always receive a response as quickly as possible. An answer to your online application will come within two to five days. After that, you’ll be told about your results following each stage by email. If you’ve been successful, you’ll also be given instructions for progressing to the next stage.
