npower Graduate Interview Questions.

Previous interviews have reportedly included questions such as:

• Give an example of a time you made a mistake. Why was it a mistake, and what have you done to ensure it doesn’t happen again?
• Give an example of a time when you needed to change other peoples’ opinion about something. How did you do it?
• Give an example of a time when you worked in a successful team. What was your role and why do you think the team was successful?

The interview may well also include questions about your motivation for applying, how you think your skills match the role, and what you hope to achieve in the future, so make sure to consider these in advance.
