We celebrate Business Development Associate training courses, highlighting deVere’s ongoing commitment to bring in new talent for the long-term benefit of the sector.
The training commences in our Centre of Excellence located in our super-hub office in London, and you have the opportunity to continue the programme from month 4 in one of our European hub-offices.
Whilst in training, associates will be working with international “High-net-worth” clients, alongside some of our most successful consultants, to benefit from real, ‘hands-on’ experience.
The first 3-months will be working within the International Recruitment Team, sourcing for Advisors throughout Europe and Latin America.
Once you successfully pass the initial period, depending on business needs, you will have the opportunity to work for 3-months alongside our Financial Advisors in Europe; or some may have the opportunity to work within our Insurance Team in London.
This is a 6-month programme, leading to a full time role opportunity.
This role has a basic + commission package.
