As our Events & Campaigns Intern, you will provide administration support for different types of regional trade event activities as well as attending and supporting exhibitions and events! You will be expected to man the Reception desks and assist the Stand Manager with keeping stands, clean, tidy and organised.
Other responsibilities include: administration of online merchandise store and stock held with merchandise agency, co-ordination of marketing support for Sales, Training and Spares department and support for local sales-led promotions and events activity utilising CRM where appropriate.
You will also support sales lead generation and data capture for exhibitions and events, ensuring data is quickly and accurately updated on CRM, be the point of contact for general marketing enquiries (internal and external) and management the Marketing and Exhibitions Mailbox.
You will also be a key support to our Worcester Contact Centre, answering inbound phone calls. This will allow you to develop and enhance your communication skills for the future
