Simply Education have an exciting opportunity for a graduate / trainee to join our Lincoln branch as a recruitment consultant. Whether you have worked in recruitment before or not, don't worry, as we have our inhouse fast-track programme which will set you up with all the skills needed to become a great consultant.
As the successful applicant you will join a highly successful and friendly team in Lincoln. Over numerous years of operating in Lincolnshire we have been able to establish excellent relationships with our clients and candidates across the county. We excited to be in a position to be able to add a new face to our friendly team.

You will be supported by a fantastic team in the Lincoln Office as well as working closely with our learning and development team who will support you along the way.
What does your new role entail.
– Developing and managing client and candidate relationships and expectations (ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards).
– Meeting and interviewing candidates to support them in finding dream roles in education.
– Business development calls and arranging client meetings with schools in the local area to support and their recruitment needs.
– Attracting and interviewing candidates and successfully placing them in jobs to meet client requirements.
– Work closely with our compliance team to be able to efficiently clear them for work.
You will be working within sales and high service driven environment in order to achieve revenue in line with corporate and personal goals.
