Role – Trainee Conveyancers // Legal Assistants
Locations – Milton Keynes & Baldock, Herts.
Salary – c£14K- £16K – with excellent prospects and development
Our Client is a Conveyancing firm with offices in Northampton, Milton Keynes, Baldock and St. Neots. Who is looking to continue their growth by hiring Trainee Conveyancers / Administrators to assist and support their growing business in both Milton Keynes and Baldock.
They focus on high value / quality cases from a range of quality Introducers across the country who continue to provide repeat business due to the quality of service they provide. They aim to provide a more personalised, quality service than some of the mass volume Conveyancing Firms. Trainee Conveyancers/ Administrators filter all calls and pass only those required to Case Handlers. Allowing the Case Handlers to focus on progressing the case and provide a more personalised and high quality customer service.
They are seeking people with good life / transferrable work experience – WHO ARE KEEN TO DEVELOP A CONVEYANCING CAREER LONGER TERM – whom they can develop to eventually run and manage their own caseload. To be successful you will need to display a desire to train and develop as a Conveyancer.
Role:
·Answer phone calls
·Open Client files
·Send out quotations
·Process Client ID and other documentation
·Liaise with Client, Solicitors and Estate Agents
·Learn the firms Conveyancing process & systems
·Support Fee Earners / Casehandlers as required
·General Administrative duties
Profile:
·Experienced in a busy office environment.
·Good administrative skills.
·Good communications skills.
·Good IT skills.
·Ideally a graduate, and preferable a law graduate or someone with previous legal office experience.
·Outgoing and proactive and someone who works well both on their own and in a team.
