A trainee/graduate Contract/Project manager's role, represented by Bennett and Game has become available just outside of North London. The client is a specialist in repairing listed buildings; this is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to become a specialist in this industry.
The employer operates mostly in London and the Home Counties, specialising in structural repairs to brickwork, reinforced concrete, tie and anchor system installation, design and construction of mini piled and mass concrete underpinning.
There is a mixture of different clients ranging from private clients to main contractors and historic preservation organisations. The successful candidate will mostly be working in North and South London.

Trainee/Graduate Contracts / Projects Manager Position Requirements
Degree or almost graduated in Construction management, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying or similar construction/engineering qualification
Confident to handle a variety of work
Structural repairs experience (advantageous)
Full UK driving licence
Site/Construction experience (advantageous)
Time Management
Proficient with MS Office

£25k – £30k salary
