The company are a supplier of network hardware right through to more complex infrastructure systems, and are going through a period of rapid growth – with their strong relationships with some global brands, they are able to pass on huge reductions and savings to their clients.
In this role you are tasked with making calls to a variety of companies, all of whom are previous clients, or have had some sort of dealings with the company before…NO cold calling involved!
You will be asking their current situation, and ascertaining when any other sales opportunities will arise – using an internal CRM, you will log the calls, arrange call backs, and build up your pipeline of business. Working alongside other departments, including the Account Management team, you will ensure the smooth transition from lapsed customer to current client!
Once the prospect is back on board with an order, you will receive a high percentage of the business won as a bonus, on top of your basic salary (£20,500 – £22k) which genuinely gives you an OTE of close to £40k, which is also totally uncapped.
You can expect full training, a supportive environment, brilliant career options, as well as a very healthy bank balance – after initial induction and training, you will also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity (2 / 3 days a week WFH)
