GRADUATES REQUIRED FOR A CORPORATE FINANCE BUSINESS AS A TRAINEE SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
Ellis Mason have partnered exclusively with a highly credible business based in Bishops Stortford to help them find trainees for their Sales & Account Management team.
The company are looking for bright, driven individuals who have the right personality and the right tenacity to take on these opportunities.
For the role of TRAINEE SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER, the company are happy to consider graduates or candidates that have work experience already however you must be hungry, money motivated and sales orientated in order to be considered.
The training is extensive and provided by highly experienced sales professionals. As well as being trained fully in order to equip you to succeed, you are also mentored by more senior team members and given on the job training.
THE SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary circa £22,000 basic which increases to £25,000 basic after successful completion of 6 month probation – plus uncapped OTE
Very generous commission scheme – uncapped – realistically you will earn circa £5,000 in year 1 and circa £10,000 after your first year. It can increase dramatically after that.
Company car after successful completion of 6 month probationary period

Monday to Friday office hours of 9.30 am – 5.30 pm on a permanent, full time basis

THE JOB
The main duties included within the role of the TRAINEE SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER, are:
Developing existing partnerships to introduce or re-introduce the companies portfolio of products and e-commerce platforms
Calling warm prospects who have received information on and are often aware of the company before calling
Meeting with potential partners to discuss the available product range
Researching and identify new potential partners
Reaching out to dormant partners in order to re-introduce the company's services
Working with the management team to produce presentations or business pitches
Attending lunch/dinner meetings with both new and existing partners
Produce and provide regular MI (management information) and reports to your dedicated customer accounts
Produce accurate quotations for potential partners
Promote and sell any incentives or offers that may be introduced
Administrative duties such as issuing contracts, etc
