Customer Service Account Manager – No sales – Company car and £3k bonus
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate person who loves bulding relationships with people and who would enjoy face to face meetings with clients. You will be buddied up with another account manager and you will be fully mentored and trained. This is a market leading company that specialises in finding 'Cost Savings’ for business clients. Graduates would also be considered for this position and full training will be given. The ideal person will have excellent customer service skills and will enjoy rapport/relationship building.
This is a genuinely lovely company that we have personally dealt with for over 10 years. They take pride in the service they provide to their existing clients, and therefore, have a high business retention rate. Over the last ten years they have grown in both monetary turnover and employee numbers at their Welwyn Garden City site, and now require a further person to assist with this growth.
This would suit someone who has worked in a B2B customer service environment and who enjoys face to face client contact. This role is a mixture of being office/home based and being out and about visiting your clients. You will be reviewing your allocated clients’ accounts and identifying and monitoring the cost savings through to managing contracts that have been implemented.
This is a non-sales role and you will be managing an existing client base so excellent customer service is key.
The ideal candidate will be:

* Able to run your own desk autonomously
* Numerate and computer literate (Word and Excel)
* Able to resolve issues quickly and effectively
* Good Presentation skills
* Full driving Licence
