Smile Education are currently working in partnership with a successful Multi Academy Trust to assist them in their current recruitment needs. We are currently searching for four graduates to fill Graduate Teaching Assistant positions to start in November. This would be a great opportunity to gain experience within an education setting before pursuing a PGCE or further education.
The school is passionate about meeting the needs of every student and providing a high quality of education. They believe in being inclusive and having pride in the school and the individual. They ensure their curriculum is differentiated and reflects real world issues, and often organises trips to show student’s examples of how the topic is used in day-to-day operations.
This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis to start from November 2023. To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following:
A recent 2:1 degree in any subject
A passion for education
Able and willing to travel to the Solihull area
Exceptionally dedicated to supporting pupils with their future careers
