This role will work collaboratively with Therapy Area team colleagues across a portfolio of products to support the delivery of strategic and tactical brand plans.
The therapeutic areas you could be involved in are:
Therapeutic Area (Commercial) Oncology
Therapeutic Area (Commercial) Immunology/Neuroscience/Cardiovascular
Therapeutic Area (Commercial)/Medical Established brands
You will partner with the business to ensure key processes are completed in an effective, compliant and timely manner.
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support and in some cases lead in the development and delivery of defined activities and content to support brand objectives and customer needs in a specific disease area/s.
Coordinate internal processes (e.g., FUSE) and production of promotional and non-promotional material.
Lead and coordinate approval and implementation of external funding arrangements including management of internal processes e.g., HIP.
Manage events agency and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery for meetings with transfer of value.
Support and in some cases lead market research/insight gathering projects on the market environment for the portfolio.
Create and manage excellent matrix relationships internally and with external clients/agencies, including, but not limited to medical experts, sales professionals, marketing experts
Provide project and event management support for internal and external events and meetings
Be responsible for coordinating contract agreements and payments
Management of IM Ireland vendor requests and general engagement with procurement
General administration e.g., record management and trackers, field force material distribution.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and standard operating procedures.

Educated to degree level in any Science subject
Experience within UK/Ireland healthcare and /or pharmaceuticals environment is an advantage, but not necessary
Clear motivation and ambition to gain experience in a therapeutic area environment
Ability to evidence skills which are transferrable to the business environment (e.g., good time management, teamwork) experience of successfully working with teams through work, academic and/or extracurricular activities
You will be able to demonstrate

You will be IT savvy and highly proficient with Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, PPT skills and Word at Advanced Level)Additional Information
Please ensure that you are willing and able to live within commutable distance of the company site before applying. This placement is based in Dublin, Ireland and we would like you to be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week, to aid your development in working with and learning from your team. You will need to be eligible to work in Ireland.
