On offer is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious IT Support Engineer to join a leading supplier of global cash machines, currently going through a massive period of growth and change. Joining a well established and multi-disciplined team of highly skilled IT professionals, you will be working on a revolutionary, cutting-edge card transaction payment platform. Pushing the boundaries and making positive changes to the industry, this is a great opportunity to work on the latest in payment/transaction technology.
In this role, the successful Systems Engineer will play an integral part of the team adding valuable technical input into projects of varying complexity and durations, keeping up to date with new systems configurations and technologies while investigating problems, analysing diagnostic information and reporting on results.
The ideal 3rd Line Support Engineer would have demonstratable experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills and a passion to progress with their career into a Systems Engineer and beyond.
The Role:
* Supporting card transaction processing platform
* Technical input into products
* New system configuration & changes
* 100% remote after training with occasional office visits
The Person:
* Experience in 3rd line IT support
* Understanding of SQL
* Experience of using & supporting systems on Windows Server
