Skills we are looking for:
Be passionate about teaching children
Be keen to take on new ideas and opportunities
Be flexible with working hours (We work around you)
Understand good classroom management and how to promote this through to the pupils
Communication skills that can be updated across different age groups
Ability to create engaging lessons according to the curriculum and pupils needs
Have some basic understanding on Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Patient, caring, flexible, teamwork and empathetic approach
Professional and diligent demeanour
