The role

The role is for a Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant to gain extensive experience and knowledge in SEND settings. This will be suitable for individuals who are looking to progress in the education sector. Our clients require staff both in and out of the classroom to support pupils suffer from r range of special needs and disabilities such as: from physical disabilities, sensory impairments (i.e. hearing or visual), speech and language difficulties, learning difficulties such as dyslexia, conditions such as autism, social, emotional and mental health needs.

The successful Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant candidate will be resilient, hardworking and have a genuine attitude towards helping children who require the upmost support.

To be considered for the Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant position, you will:

Experience working with SEND and challenging behaviour
Knowledgeable of the UK curriculum
Aware of the procedure with regards to safeguarding in a school environment
Able to tailor approach based on each child's individual needs
