Special Educational Needs Assistant – What the role includes.
Working 1:1 with pupils who require SEN assistance,
Working collaboratively with therapists, teachers and parents to create effective plans for the development of pupils with SEN,
Underpinning the class teacher's lesson plans,

Psychology or Kindred degree at a 1:1 or 2:1 level,
Strong A-Levels and GCSEs
Passion for education
