SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIGITAL COMMUNITY MANAGER – RECENT GRADUATE

Our client is looking for a Bright, Ambitious professional with experience in creating and managing communities with thousands of users, managed predominantly online, whose ideal profiles provide a deep understanding of web marketing concepts, "word of mouth" techniques and social marketing.

Our client has a community of tens of thousands of active users who perform daily activities on social and job-based platforms. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to offer paid opportunities to the community members, who get paid to test and evaluate digital products online.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible of the UK Community (3K + Active members)

* Creating Growth Marketing strategies to increase community members in the UK and supporting community growth in other communities.

* Dealing with daily community management activities which include setting-up and management of weekly campaigns where usual tasks are:

* Understanding campaign requirements, recruiting specific people through marketing campaigns and social media advertising.

* Managing the needs of the participants, creating, moderating and increasing communication between the participants on our internal social network.

* Writing posts on our own social media platform, and on external social networks.

* Responsible of English Language content for our umbrella company.

Requirements:

* British English as a first language.

* A-level or other in English language.

* Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or similar;(Recent graduate, seeking first time employment)

* Problem-solving skills, crisis management, information management, relationships and conflicts;

* Outstanding communication skills, providing the appropriate feedback.

* Encouraging knowledge sharing within the community and publishing content for the B2B PR Strategy.

* Must be equipped with sensitivity, leadership, curiosity, a strong predisposition for interpersonal relations.

* Organisational skills to manage content and analyse statistical data for evaluating the dynamics of the community.

* £20K Basic Annual Salary + £10K Bonus (Every 3 months split).
