Service Support Advisor required for a British, renewable energy company who have spent many years dedicated to the development of renewable energy technology.
This role is within the Service Department of four and the purpose of the role is to provide high quality support and technical guidance over the phone to customers, installers and internal sale representatives.
You don't have to have any experience as full training will be provided. Candidates with a degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business would be a good fit. Experience in customer service would be beneficial, however someone with a confident, polite phone manner and adaptable personality to deal with differing people is key to the role.
We are looking for a self-starter, who can show initiative, has an eagerness to learn and wants to grow and develop themselves as an expert in a growing field of renewable technology. There is a lot of technical information to learn, understand and utilise during the role.
Qualifications/Skills Required
Relevant degree or diploma in business/marketing/engineering
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
IT literate Package
Basic salary £17,500 – £18,000 pa
25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
