1:1 and small group support to children with special educational needs.This primary school, which is located in the centre of Wolverhampton, is thriving and welcoming. Position: SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Develop individualised learning plans for children with SEN in close cooperation with the class teachers and the SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator).
Support SEN students individually and in small groups so they can access the curriculum and realise their full potential.
To meet the varied learning requirements of SEN kids, adapt and modify instructional materials and resources.
Implement targeted tactics and interventions to aid SEN students in developing their academic, social, and emotional skills.
Encourage a supportive and welcoming learning atmosphere in the classroom by encouraging respect, empathy, and understanding among all students.Requirements:
A sincere desire to help pupils with special needs and a firm conviction in their potential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to forge enduring bonds with faculty, staff, and parents.
Supporting SEN students on their learning journey requires compassion, endurance, and a loving attitude.
It is very desired to have prior experience dealing with SEN students, whether in a classroom or care environment.
