Scientific Sales Graduate position

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Life Science graduate to gain experience within the pharmaceutical industry, and to gain traction in developing a career within this sector. Working closely with customers, you will be the principal contact for inbound sales and technical enquiries.  In addition, you will support the sales team by providing regular analysis and reporting.

Scientific Sales Graduate position Responsibilities

You will be in regular contact with customers via telephone, email, live chats and other platforms and must be professional and service orientated in all of your interactions.
You will be responsible for basic website upkeep and maintenance.
You may need to support and/or attend conferences and exhibitions.
You will be required to provide the Sales & Marketing team with relevant technical information and reporting.
You will have responsibility for elements of procurement and sales order processing.
Scientific Sales Graduate position Experience

To be successful in this role, you must be a Life Science graduate who is ambitious to progress and succeed. Comfortable in communicating across different mediums, you will have a friendly and heplful approach to customers, seek to establish and maintain relationships and always provide an excellent level of customer service.
