Happy to complete tutor sessions onlineEmpowering Learning is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work within a Secondary School based in Newham. The ideal candidate must be an Science Graduate as you will be working within Science classes on a weekly basis and doing 1-2-1 Maths interventions with the pupils. You will also need to be comfortable dealing with challenging behaviour and be able to show a calm approach to this behaviour. Experience of working with children or adults in an education setting isn't essential but is desirable. This role will involve supporting the pupils with basic subjects, in particular, science; you will support them by helping them stay focused and achieve their full potential in a classroom-based setting.
