We are currently seeking Graduates and School Leavers for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant role at our Bromley office.
Graduates and School Leavers Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Senior Consultant and your team.
* You will be assisting candidates in finding their next role and help clients find the perfect candidate.
* This will involve speaking with candidates/clients over the phone, writing adverts, arranging interviews etc.
* Update details of existing candidates.
* Search internal & external computer database for suitable candidates.
* Match candidates to suitable live vacancies.
* Source suitable candidates for live vacancies.
* Calling/Creating shortlists of candidates for job vacancies.
* Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Consultants.
* Input data onto a bespoke database to track candidate submission.
* Preparing and issuing documentation.
