We're currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Graduate to join a prominent UK-based business group, the industry leader in the Construction niche. This role is a part of their expanding Ecommerce team and offers a fantastic opportunity for learning and development within the company.

The Role:
We are in search of a dynamic and versatile professional to fill the role of a Business and Marketing Graduate for our client. This multifaceted position spans across Sales, Marketing, and Project Management, offering the ideal candidate a chance to work within the E-commerce team, gaining valuable exposure to various facets of business and marketing. We seek someone agile, adaptable, and capable of handling diverse tasks in support of our ambitious expansion plans.
Responsibilities:
Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via various channels.
Provide accurate product information, technical support, and pricing details.
Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals.
Actively pursue leads, negotiate, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve complaints professionally.
Contribute to engaging content creation for blogs, website updates, and social media.
Assist in designing and executing e-shots and email marketing campaigns.
Support marketing strategy development to increase brand awareness and drive e-commerce sales.
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, offering insights.
Assist in optimizing e-commerce platforms.
Help the team expand into new markets, including the USA.
Conduct market research and data analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with regional sales leaders, manage projects, and contribute to product development and expansion.
Requirements:
A relevant degree or equivalent qualification (e.g., Business, Marketing, etc.).
An interest and passion for sales and marketing.
Experience and confidence in dealing with customers and stakeholders, with a preference for candidates with work experience gained during their studies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic challenges.
Proficiency in data analysis and market research techniques.
Self-driven and results oriented.
