We are looking for bright, ambitious and outgoing people to join our team based on The Mall.

No prior recruitment experience is necessary to apply, however, you need to be someone who is happy to learn on the job and confident enough to talk to all kinds of IT professional on a daily basis. Typically your career in recruitment begins in a Resourcer / Administrator or candidate management role working alongside an experienced Consultant. This enables you to gain valuable on the job experience as a trainee initially focusing on the sourcing of candidates (job seekers). You will undergo lots of training and development and depending on the skills you display and the direction you want to take, you can quickly progress to a billing Recruitment Consultant role within 6 months.

A Resourcer at Greywood or candidate manager will typically be required to:

Source and select candidates for a range of live vacancies
Make lots of outbound phone calls, speaking to potential candidates on behalf of the clients we are recruiting for
Use professional social media websites to network with potential candidates
Write creative job adverts to attract the best people for the vacancies
Identifying & learning the IT skills to match appropriately with vacancies
Organising interviews and dealing with candidate feedback
Dealing with general queries on a daily basisHours of work will be Monday – Friday 9am to 5.30pm – No Weekends or Bank Holidays.
