What is the role?
As a 360-recruitment consultant, you'll be working in office, in a highly sales-driven atmosphere. You'll need to network with companies and support them by delivering the finest talent on the market. We expect you to build your own client base and personal brand; finding innovative ways to make deals and progress your career. This is not a role for the weak-hearted, but don't panic just yet! You'll have the support of our talented learning & development team who will train you to become an expert in your market. If you've got what it takes – we'll help to develop you into a top performing biller, earning you tons of bonus commission! It's not too good to be true – it's a model we've excelled at for years.
What kind of person are we looking for?
Strong communication skills – can build rapport easily, ESPECIALLY over the phone
· Sales experiences desirable, but not essential
· Can put their money where their mouth is – we don't want to hear blanket statements, we want evidence: WHERE have you demonstrated these skills, HOW did you do it?
· Solution minded – Can you think outside the box and use your initiative? Where have you solved problems before?
· Ability to thrive within a sales environment OR coachable enough to learn
· Competitive nature – we're looking for winners!
