Recruitment Consultant – Graduate Role – Didsbury – £20K – £25K + Commission
We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist team in Didsbury. No prior sales experience is needed so if you’re interested apply!
We recruit for IT and Technology specialists across the UK on both a permanent and temporary contract basis. We aim to be the UK’s leading IT Recruitment Agency, and we would like you to be part of our journey!
What would be your role within the business?
** Business development, making sales calls to prospective clients to sell our specialist recruitment services
** Oversee the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing for candidates, assessing their skills, matching them to the job and the interview process.
** Writing adverts and social media content to attract top talent.
** Arranging interviews and making job offers to successful candidates.

** Ambitious, motivated, and willing to learn
** A people person. You will love connecting with new people and understanding their needs and requirements
** A strong communicator. You will have excellent attention to detail, as well as a talent for conversation.
