In line with our growth plans, we are actively recruiting for a Recruitment Advisor (Graduate/Trainee Level) to join our team. The purpose of this role is to support the hiring process by sifting, sourcing and screening candidates in line with the role requirements across a wide range of roles/disciplines. This role is responsible for supporting recruitment requirements and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Duties:
* Manage the applications, screening and of assessing of candidates via telephone/video calls
* Directly sourcing candidates using job boards, CV databases and other candidate attraction tools
* Advertising and promoting vacancies and proactively manage talent pools
* Ensure consistent candidate engagement and communication.
* Formatting CVs and conducting Right to Work checks in line with GDPR
* Contribute to wider team projects in line with business needs and personal development.
* Acts as liaison between the site, People Services centre of excellence and the HR Business Partnering teams.
* Identifies opportunities to improve candidate experience.

* Good written and verbal communications skills, with an ability to adapt communication styles to individual candidates.
* Outstanding communication skills, both on the phone and face to face
* Passionate about providing an excellent service to your stakeholders and candidates
