Person Specification & Role- Reception- KS1 Graduate Teaching Assistant
To be successful, you will be;
• An energetic graduate who has a 2:1 degree at the very least
• Has already worked successfully in a school-based role
• Good EY and KS1 curriculum knowledge
• Has the ability to adapt your practice to meet the needs of the students
• Confident and proactive in taking on responsibilities
• You will be a Reception-KS1 graduate Teaching Assistant who can clearly show your effective communication skills and be on top of the latest academic developments
• We want to meet Reception- KS1 Graduate Teaching Assistants who can support their pupils issues in a concerned manner and show a genuine passion for education.
