Position: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

The Role:
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to students with a range of SEND needs, helping them to access the curriculum and reach their full potential. You will work closely with the school's SENCO, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement tailored strategies that address the unique needs of each student.
Requirements:
A degree in Psychology or related field
Passion for working with children with SEND
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
