Psychology Graduate Teaching AssistanT

Full time contract until July 2024
TERM TIME ONLYAs a specialist graduate teaching assistant, you will be working with children on a 1 to 1 basis. The children that you will be working with will all have a variety of additional needs. You will be working with pupils in the classroom and in specialist 1:1 mentoring sessions. This school will offer excellent support and training to all new starters.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
Strong knowledge of psychological theories, research methodologies, and ethical practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Empathy, compassion, and a genuine interest in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in using relevant software or tools for data analysis or research purposes.
