**7-17 aged students, all with EHCPs with Autism and Aspergers, OCD, verbal and non-verbal children
**Some anti-social behaviour that will take getting used to, this is all part of the role when aiding society's most vulnerable children. All training and support provided by the school with their excellent training system
**Number of Therapies introduced and holistic processes, a little progress is a cause for success here
**Verbal, nonverbal students, focus on social anxiety that runs adjacent with some of the student's autism
**primary and secondary aged students with levels of learning well below their stated age
**Positive engagement, giving the children a sense of acceptance, talking therapy will not always work here so different approaches required
**Academically, many of the students are very capable, it is a case of channelling where the children excel, understanding there will be setbacks across the course of a year
**Giving the students objectives and as much independence as is possible, especially if the students are in assisted living
**OT, Speech and Languages deployed in school, combined with the holistic and CBTs
**Constant interaction with outside agencies
