Our Change Team are often the bridge between the business and technical delivery teams and operate across the full project lifecycle, helping implement and manage the change required for our business to reach its goals. You will learn a range of tools, techniques and approaches to equip you with the skills needed to best serve our business and its clients.

What our 18-month scheme involves:
3 x 6-month placements rotating within the Project Management, Business Analyst Teams and Project Management Office  
Mentor within the business to support you
Graduate peer networking and development days
Qualifications in Project Management and Business Analysis on completion of your programme if required
You will be based in our Head Office in Morley, however there may be a requirement to travel nationally on certain placements.
Tackling all kinds of projects, you’ll have the chance to develop your analytical, project management and commercial skills. You’ll work across the different change functions which will help you to develop a deep understanding of our business and enable you to explore a career path that builds on your strengths. And what’s more, you’ll deliver real improvements for customers and colleagues.

What you’ll need to be a Hermes Graduate:
Have or be expecting a 2:1 degree
The determination to take ownership of problems and solve them
Strong analysis, problem solving and decision making skills
A full UK driving license
 Great communication skills and the ability to lead, influence and build strong working relationships with a diverse team of people
Positive attitude, resilient, determined and a great listener and communicator
