So what’s the role?
As a Customer Operations Coordinator you’ll track clients projects through this companies process led system. The same role is occasionally referred to as project coordinator or project administrator.
You’ll need solid administration skills, and ideally some experience of working in an office environment.
It can be really process driven. As they work translating patents for some of the worlds most prominent companies you’ll have to meet deadlines set by external organisations.
You’ll quote the client on both cost and timescale in consultation with other internal departments. You’ll also make sure teams are sticking to the timeline and book work packages for teams across the business.
As language is their business, some passion for language or the ability to speak another language is really desirable- but definitely not essential.
