The Role
This is a great opportunity for a recent economics or finance graduate keen to make a start in Private Banking or Wealth Management in an entry level role. The successful candidate MUST be able to speak Greek and will support and assist the Client Relationship Officers with banking and client related administration.
The Private Banking Assistant will support Client Relationship Officers in acquiring new and developing existing client relationships: cross-selling company products and services, participating in marketing campaigns and events and cultivating relationships and referrals.
The Private Banking Assistant will keep up to date with industry, socio-economic and regulatory developments in client markets and contribute ideas to strengthen ongoing business.
The Private Banking Assistant will assist in a range of duties such as handle calls, correspondence, individual diaries, filing and expenses, preparing for and attending client meetings and ensuring written records.
The Private Banking Assistant will assist with travel arrangements and preparation of papers for Client Relationship Officer business trips.
The Private Banking Assistant will obtain ad-hoc valuations of client portfolios and prepare a consolidated position as required.
The Private Banking Assistant will liaise with internal stakeholders to for purposes of client account opening, client instructions (execution of identification, call back, payments, deposits, loans, FX deals, transfers and securities transactions), credit applications , client reviews and account monitoring.
The Candidate
Graduate in economics, investments or finance related.
Greek speaking – essential!
