The PPC / Google Ads Graduate Role:
This role requires someone who gets a kick out of crunching numbers and finding meaningful insights from data. You will primarily work with Google & Bing PPC (pay-per-click) ads and also get hands on experience with paid social media,display/programmatic, SEO, and affiliate marketing. Importantly, you will have a thirst for using data and automation to help make revolutionary improvements to the business
Key Accountabilities:
After going through our intensive training programme, you will learn how to build, optimise and grow ad campaigns on platforms such as, Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
+ You will analyse campaign results, find meaningful insights from the data and develop a scientific approach to ongoing optimisation and testing
+ You will work closely with Performance Marketing Managers to ensure that all campaigns follow best practice and sit in line with our acquisition strategy and growth targets
Ideal Candidate Specification:
+ Excellent numerical and analytical skills
+ Background in mathematics or sciences preferred
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) and keen to become expert
+ Knowledge or enthusiasm to learn JavaScript to automate manual PPC tasks
+ Culture fit is key – we are looking for someone who doesn’t settle for ‘good’ but strives to be outstanding
