Job Role – Post Graduate Planning Consultant (Town Planning)
Location – Sidcup, Kent
Salary up to £30,000

They deliver professional advice on all property-related matters including design, upgrading, refurbishment, renovation and contract administration, building surveys for condition, purchase and lease, party wall matters, dilapidations and diagnosing defects.

The Role
* Reporting to the senior planning consultant, managing a portfolio of sites to ensure the success of planning appeals and applications.
* Provide professional planning advice to internal/external stakeholders.
* Working closely with project managers, surveyors, designers, and other key stakeholders.
* Degree qualified in Town/Urban Planning or related discipline
