Planning Graduate – Engineering
A world leading Defence Technology organisation are looking for a Planning Graduate to join their successful team.
In this role you would expedite the flow of all work and materials between departments according to daily, weekly and or monthly production schedules.
The successful candidate should have effective verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate a consistent approach, with excellent people and time management skills.
RESPONISIBILITIES – Planning Graduate – Engineering
Working closely with Logistics and warehousing in the co-ordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials across site.
Working closely with the MRP Team to ensure site supplies and inventory levels are suitably maintained.
Ensuring that all required works made materials are accounted for to meet production schedules.
Participate in daily stand up meetings and effectively communicate with all departments, including MRP, Manufacturing, and Project teams, to keep them fully informed of any updates to production progress.
Work closely with the Production team and MRP Management to ensure works orders are loaded efficiently and progressed when complete to ensure target dates are maintained.
Monitoring all manufacturing works orders and ensure compliance to operational plan.
Ensure that all stock is up to date, qualified and that all shelf life or obsolescence issues are resolved in a timely manner through effective reporting.
