Physics Graduate Academic Mentor – Role Information:

* Planning and delivering secondary Physics lessons alongside class teacher

* Structuring intervention sessions around broad and enriched curriculum

* Offering 1:1 and group support to students in practical and theoretical lessons

* Identifying and developing weaknesses of students

* Being a cohesive and supportive member of flourishing Physics department

* Full academic year

* Run your own STEM clubs

* Earn up to £325 per week, term time only as Physics Graduate Teaching Assistant

* Located in Salford

Person Specification – what you will need to be successful

* Minimum 2:1 Physics subject degree

* Strong academic background

* Excellent subject knowledge

* Infectious passion for teaching Physics

* Enthusiastic and inspiring attitude

* Previous experience working with young people is preferable
