A rare opportunity for a PhD toxicology graduate looking to move into industry. You will join a global research group who provide support to a group of membership companies; you will focus on supporting the Principal Toxicologist – highly diverse tasks, excellent training and development opportunities. This role can be remote or hybrid – the organisation has offices in Surrey.
In addition to a strong interest in human health or mammalian toxicology, you must be a confident communicator, be flexible and able to travel occasionally around Europe, be highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at any one time.
The role will be very diverse; the toxicology group develops toxicological data to support REACH/regulatory registrations, global product notifications, hazard classification issues, and advocacy positions. You will be required to keep up to date on toxicological issues in the industry sector, keep abreast of toxicological regulatory science developments, assist in the design and monitoring of toxicology research programmes, summarising study reports, communicating study results to colleagues and, after training, attending meeting with regulators.
This is a highly diverse role with excellent on-going development, and an opportunity to become EUROTOX/UKRT registered – a great opportunity.
