Fantastic opportunity for a recent PhD graduate to join a leading pharmaceutical company!
Have you recently completed a Life Science PhD? Do you have extensive experience analysing proteins using NMR? Do you have a good understanding of associated protein characterisation techniques such as CD and FTIR? Then this could be the role for you!
Working as part of an active and innovative team of Scientists, you will contribute towards elucidation of the structure, function and degradation pathways of a range of protein-based therapeutics at different stages of development. NMR expertise is essential as this has been identified as an area of growth within the team. You will also have the opportunity to work with other spectroscopic techniques such as CD and FTIR depending on your background.
You will be an independent user of Bruker NMR systems and be confident analysing protein molecules and adapting/ troubleshooting methods and protocols to optimise results. Strong team-working skills and a high attention to detail are a must.
