You will be responsible to ensure that all actions required for pensioners are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Day to day phone and email support to Advisers, Accountants, Employers and Employees

* Resolve any queries or concerns customers may have about their application process

* Accurately inputting data to the company’s system

* Completing ad-hoc admin projects to deadlines and regulations

Person Specification:

* A recent Graduate or individual with 1-2 years office-based experience

* Knowledge, understanding or interest of Pensions, Payroll or Finance

* Good standard of education with grades A-C in Maths and English

* A fast learner in particular with IT systems and processes

* Good time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise own workload

* Bright, sparky attitude with enthusiasm and eagerness to learn

* Excellent communications skills including written and verbal
