Job Description:

As the Operations Management Graduate, you will have the opportunity to gain experience across all departments including planning, materials, production, quality and technical
You will be involved with materials management, planning materials, looking at forecasting, stock and production timelines
You will spend time in each individual area gaining a full understanding of the business operations and the manufacturing process
As an Operations Management Graduate, you will look at manufacturing problems, analyse, looking at trend and investigate, looking at techniques, process improvements, implementing improvement changes
You will be involved with costings, efficiencies, wastage, workflow and quality controls
Using lean manufacturing techniques
As an Operations Management Graduate, you will take a hands-on approach in the day to day responsibilities and leadership of a team. Including motivating staff, building solid relationships and dealing with issues
As an Operations Management Graduate you will be developed both personally and professionally to become future senior management for a very successful global businessCandidate Requirements:

A recent graduate open minded on degree and degree grade
Passionate individual
Leadership qualities
Commercial minded
Tenacious and personable individual
Ideally own transport however this is not essential
Strong communicator at all levels, confident, bubbly individual
