Job Description:
As an Operations Management Graduate, you will have an opportunity to gain exposure to all areas of the business through a rounded training programme
Covering operations, technical products/materials, customers, sales, and suppliers
The Operations Management Graduate will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with suppliers. You will be highly involved with the sourcing of materials and managing POs
Attend client/supplier visits
As the Operations Management Graduate, you will oversee the timely delivery of projects, ensure projects are on a budget, and overcome risks and issues that arise within the projects
Conduct any market research and support with marketing activities
The Operations Management Graduate may be required to produce and present sales presentations Candidate Requirements:
A Business Graduate with a degree in Business, Business Admin, Business Enterprise, Business Management, International Business or similar. Achieving a minimum of 2:1
Be enthusiastic to learn and develop
Ideally A level in Maths
Minimum of B/6 grade in Maths & English GCSE
Have a thirst for knowledge and progression
Personable with strong communication skills
Understand and be able to use Microsoft Office products Hours: Monday – Friday
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 Per Annum
