MEng or PHD Acoustics Graduate – With MATLAB Experience Position Overview
Use manually adapted computer code to generate very large datasets
Draft technical scientific reports using the outputs from the modelling
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail on all projects
MEng or PHD Acoustics Graduate – With MATLAB Experience Position Requirements
MSc / PHD / MEng level graduate within acoustics is essential
Oceanography or Physics MSc / PHD / MEng graduates would also be considered
Strong maths / programming abilities
Strong coding / analysis capabilities
A profound knowledge and understanding of MATLAB
Willing to go to sea to carry out extensive field work
Be able to prepare, calibrate and deploy acoustic instruments and then retrieve for data at a later date
Live or willing to relocate near to Southampton
A Full UK driving license is preferred

Salary is flexible depending upon experience and credits
