This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate who is looking to join an emerging B2B technology and services company. The Marketing Executive will have a strong ambition to create successful multi-channel demand generation programs to join a growing organisation with operations spanning EMEA and North America.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with taking high-level direction and mentoring and then delivering against target KPIs by eventually owning the full lifecycle of key marketing programs.

The Marketing Executive will report directly to, and work closely with, the Chief Commercial Officer, who has a strong 20-year marketing background. The position is initially an individual contributor role, but will have the potential to grow into a team leadership role as the marketing function evolves through 2019 and 2020.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES – DEMAND GENERATION & CORPORATE MARKETING

Using the full portfolio of marketing channels (social media, email, website, content syndication, online and physical events), work with the CCO to create, execute and report on international demand generation programs

Identify target audience and most effective programs to drive leads and conversions

Become skilled at marketing automation, creating programs in Hubspot and ensuring accurate lead and attribution tracking for multiple campaigns

Implement lead nurturing and lead scoring to increase effectiveness of inside sales follow up and MQL-to-SQL conversion rates

Work with internal sales and field sales to ensure smooth flow and feedback loop for lead conversion through to MQL and SQL

Build the marketing database, segment and target audience groups by opportunity

Track and report on program success / cost / effectiveness dynamically

Support a content marketing strategy to support demand generation social networking and website traffic conversion

Create and implement a successful events strategy, comprising:

Support a ‘community awareness’ program on LinkedIn and relevant social channels to showcase the businesses services, key personalities and thought leadership.

Evaluate, define and implement an appropriate online advertising program (Google Adwords) that will help drive high-quality interactions with the right target audiences across Europe and North America (working with agencies as appropriate).

Willingness to learn is essential.

Ability to quickly setup/configure multi-touch campaigns and programs with sophisticated lead scoring and lead routing automation in the marketing systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience using LinkedIn to help manage both personal and corporate profiles – familiarity with Inmails, sponsored content and audience targeting preferred.

Experience with website content management systems (such as WordPress) preferred but not essential

A future demand generation “monster” – relish the challenge of achieving the right balance between volume and quality of qualified leads to feed a hungry sales team.

A natural networker – able to form professional relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the core business.
