About the role:
Our team is growing and we are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to lead our marketing growth. We’re looking for someone who is tenacious, organised, and is looking for their next challenge. This is an exciting opportunity to roll your sleeves up and help scale a fast-growing company.
You will work closely xxxx and will be involved in all aspects of the full marketing mix to support our growth strategy.

Responsibilities:
* Own the planning and execution of paid and organic campaigns across paid and organic channels
* Own sourcing, logistics, and planning for tradeshows/conferences and HG Group hosted events
* Manage and report on campaign progress per channel (what systems do you use?)
* Manage and prioritise marketing requests across teams
* Provide day to day assistance for sales team with sales enablement tools and prioritise support request
* Create content, including videos, case studies, and blogs to create brand awareness
* Create and own email nurturing programs for the candidate database
* Create social media strategy to promote shareable content across channels (Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement
Requirements
* Proven experience as a marketing assistant minimum 2 years within B2B desirable
* Experience with Google Analytics goal conversions, UTM parameters
* Proven track record of owning campaign spend and optimising return on ad spend. Comfortable owning a pipeline target for your campaign channels.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
* Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
* Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
* Extremely well-organised and proactive
* Excellent knowledge of Google Suite (Google Slides, Google Sheets) Marketo/Salesforce/Jira experience desirable)
* Good communication and people skills with a can-do attitude
* Start-up experience is highly desired
* Degree in marketing/business field is desirable
