Job Title: Logistics coordinator
Location: Newcastle
Employment Term: Permanent
Salary: £22,000 – £28,000
Benefits: 35 Hr week and flexible time available
SRG are working with a rapidly expanding biotechnology company focusing on providing high quality immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridisation to the market. The company has a real focus on culture and providing opportunities to develop and grow dependant on the personal goals of the employees.
The role
o Coordinating the customer support and ensuring orders are documented and shipped correctly
o Ensuring all the equipment in the laboratory are validated and stocked with their consumables
o Performing quality checks on the final packaging before the product is shipped
o Liaising with suppliers to optimise the commercial aspects of the company
o Managing consumable and capital equipment inventory
Preferred Skills
* Degree level qualified (scientific degree preferred)
* Confidence to be client facing to move and progress into a more sales focused role in the future
* Any work to ISO13485 is a bonus
* Working within a fast paced and friendly environment
