We have a new opportunity for a Land Graduate to join our team within Vistry Housebuilding Thames Valley, at our Reading office. As a Land Graduate, you will work in an experienced team of Land and Development professionals in our Thames Valley office in Reading. You will initially assist our Senior Land Manager in securing land opportunities for the business and will be equipped with the expertise over time to work autonomously in a Land Buying role. This role presents excellent prospects for career progression in an exciting, dynamic and rewarding role within a highly successful and growing business.

Gain understanding of the companies Land acquisition requirements
Identify and track suitable land opportunities from a variety of sources
Present land opportunities to the team
Undertake initial due diligence to inform bids
Procure legal, technical and development proposals from internal and external consultants to prepare bids
Assist with preparing acquisition board papers and packs for approval by the land executive board
Progress secured sites through due diligence process to contract exchange and legal completion
Assist the Planning Manager with all planning matters relating to the land, planning and development stages from site acquisition through to securing a planning permission and onwards to delivery including assisting with seeking approval for planning conditions and minor planning applicationsFinally, let's tell you about us…
