Person Specification
You will need to be a secure graduate who has a long history of academic success that includes a 2:2 or better in your degree and previous experience working with children who have special educational needs, in particular Emotional, social and behavioural difficulties. This post requires a graduate who has the skills to tackle any challenging situations head on, with a calm, professional and positive approach. You should have an infectiously enthusiastic attitude toward learning that propels your pupils to explore subjects further. You will have the ability to provide a safe and caring environment that will benefit all the students you work with.

About the Role
This KS2 SEN Teaching Assistant position involves working closely, on an individual basis, with a KS2 child who shows signs of moderate to significant behavioural, Emotional and social difficulties (BESD)
