Junior IT Support Engineer – Wythenshawe – £20,000 – £25,000 – Full Training Provided

You will be working for the UK’s leading facility management company and be given the ability to progress your skills and work in either a SOC (Security operations centre) or ROC (Resource operations centre).
This a great opportunity for any budding IT support or helpdesk professionals to work for a market leader withing their respected field of industry.
Role
You will be part of a busy Services Support Desk, managing a variety of incidents and requests relating to Building Management Systems (BMS), including but not limited to; Heating, Ventilation & Air-Con (HVAC), from a variety of well know clients across the UK & Europe.
Experience & Skills
We are looking for the right person, so qualifications are not as important. What we are looking for is either IT Service Desk experience or someone who has a passion for tech and customer service experience.
Essential Skills
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
Good computer literacy
A willingness to carry out high standards of consistent support.
A willingness to develop IT skills within a leading professional environment.
Desirable
Any knowledge of Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, RDM, Cylon, SQL, Python, Java, mlanguage, dax,
Existing Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) OR Facilities Management (FM) experience.
*Please not that the above experience is purely desirable and not a pre-requisite to carry out the role*The role is working a mix of shifts covering 7 days a week. The shifts are 6am – 2pm / 10am – 6pm / 2pm – 10pm.
The role is on site, so please only apply if you are able to commute to Wythenshawe.
Salary & Remuneration
Excellent Basic Salary up to £25,000 dependent on experience
